The Mapex MPX 13" X 6" Maple Snare Drum Natural Gloss is an all Maple shell which produces a warm bass response with plenty of middle bite and attack. The 6.5mm shell thickness offers a balanced tone with a pronounced low-mid range - perfect for studio and live performances. This shell is fitted with 20 low mass high-performance lugs which maintain a solid tuning in all ranges.
The Mapex MPX Maple snare drum features chrome-plated triple flanged hoops which helps achieve even and consistent tuning every time you play. This is great with the pre-fitted Remo UX drum heads which provide an accurate response and a great hand feel.
